Snell & Wilcox Introduces "SwitchPack" 1RU SD Switchers at IBC 2003

Small footprint ideal for broadcast and production applications where space is at a minimum

IBC 2003, Stand 1.411 -- The Snell & Wilcox switcher range has been expanded to include the new "SwitchPack" series, three powerful SD, ultra-compact switchers designed for live broadcast and post-production environments where space it at a premium.

Displayed on the Snell & Wilcox booth in a custom-made flight case to demonstrate the ready-for-action quality of the new range, the fully loaded “Switchpack” comprises a 1U SD mainframe with a compact control panel. Featured from the range at IBC 2003 is the SwitchPack 16, a robust switcher with 16 inputs and five full-function keyers.

The entire range includes the SwitchPack 16 (16 inputs, five keyers), SwitchPack 8 (eight inputs, three keyers) and SwitchPack 4 (four inputs, one keyer).

The SwitchPack series maintains the performance and the high quality associated with the entire Snell & Wilcox switcher range and carries on the tradition of providing a range of innovative solutions.
