Variable Aspect Ratio Converter with Signaling
The ARC20:20S is a 10-bit, bi-directional broadcast quality aspect ratio converter with serial digital input and outputs. A comprehensive selection of fixed conversion modes is available with ultra-smooth adjustment of picture position both horizontally and vertically. In addition to the preset values, horizontal zoom and active picture size can be smoothly adjusted over a 2:1 to 1:2 range.

Memphis generates the most accurate motion vectors of the industry always translating in better picture quality at a given bitrate or smaller files at a given quality for optimized usage of storage. The integrated Emmy® Award-winning Prefix adaptive and recursive spatial and linear filters, allow Memphis to always focus on video content and guarantee optimal picture quality and lower storage requirements. Memphis accepts both SD and HD (1080/720) video formats as well as PCM, MP1L2, Dolby E, and AC-3 audio. Its MPEG-2 transport stream output can be captured by any server with an ASI input.
